When you’re stranded on the side of the road, you don’t just need a tow truck — you need Moe from Red Star Towing.

From the second I called, Moe handled everything like a pro. No attitude, no delay — just calm confidence and pure professionalism. He gave me a real ETA (not the usual “sometime soon”), showed up early, and went straight to work with precision.

Moe isn’t just a tow truck driver — he’s a problem solver. My car was in a tough spot, with a blown front left tire and my vehicle not starting, he maneuvered his truck and got it loaded without a single scratch. You can tell he takes pride in doing things right, not just getting it done fast.

What really stood out was his respect — for me, my vehicle, and my time. That kind of service is rare these days. Moe made the whole situation feel easy, even though I was stressed out before he arrived.

✅ Fast Response – He was there in minutes, not hours.
✅ Top-Tier Equipment – Clean, well-maintained truck and tools.
✅ Honest Pricing – No games, no hidden fees.
✅ Professionalism – Calm, respectful, and experienced.

If you ever need towing in Grand Prairie or the DFW area, call Red Star Towing and ask for Moe. He’s the kind of owner-operator that makes you believe good business still exists — dependable, trustworthy, and 100% customer-focused.

Five stars isn’t enough. Moe and Red Star Towing deserve ten. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had an excellent experience with this towing company thanks to Moe. He arrived quickly, was incredibly professional, and made a stressful situation so much easier. Moe went above and beyond — he explained everything clearly, handled my vehicle with care, and made sure I felt safe the entire time. It’s rare to find someone so courteous and efficient in this line of work.

If you ever need a tow or roadside assistance, I highly recommend requesting Moe. Five stars all the way for his outstanding service and professionalism!
